Kindergartners at Chestnut Street School celebrated Thanksgiving with a variety of activities on Nov. 22 and 23.

Gathered in their classrooms, the students made their own Pilgrim hats with construction paper and used crayons to design Native American headdresses with a variety of patterns and images along the band. Afterward, they watched “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” in the library.

The festivities wrapped up with snacks and juice and the young students sharing what they are thankful for this holiday season.
