Any student that plans on playing a fall sport at West Hempstead High School needs to have a physical.  Parents/guardians can take your child to your own doctor, but you need to pick up a health form from the high school nurse.  If you would like a physical done at the high school the district doctor will be in on the following days: May 13th, May 20th, and June 3rd.
