Any student that plans on playing a fall sport at West Hempstead Middle School needs to have a physical. Parents/guardians can take your child to your own doctor, but you need to pick up a health form from the middle school nurse.  If you would like a physical done at the middle school the district doctor will be in on the following days: May 27th and June 10th.
