Important Information on Rams’ Varsity Football Conference IV Championship Game — Nov. 18

Here is some important information in regard to the Conference IV championship football game (West Hempstead vs North Shore) today at 4 p.m. at Hofstra University.

Come show your support today and attend the game! Tickets will be $11 each for County & Long Island Championship. You can purchase tickets (children under 12 years old you do not need to purchase a ticket) online at https://gofan.co/app/school/NYSPHSAA8. You need to select the number of tickets then at the top of the page it will say add information. The next screen will ask for your first name, last name, phone number, and then interest to officiate sports (yes or no; you must answer this question), follow the prompts to create an account then you will be able to purchase your tickets. Tickets must be presented on a mobile phone for entrance into the game. Gates open one hour prior to kickoff time Money will not be accepted at the gate.

Some other important information: Our spectators will be sitting on the opposite side of the press box (parking lot is on Uniondale Ave near the McDonalds). Hofstra University is very strict with their rules, and this is a Section VIII sponsored event. Hofstra will have their own security at the game and school supervisors will also be present. There is no smoking or vaping allowed at Hofstra University. Spectators must be seated in the bleachers. Spectators cannot stand by the railing next to the field during the game. Tailgating is prohibited on school grounds. Noisemaker’s, cow bells, thunder sticks are prohibited.
