Our 6th-grade student council students spoke to parents about their experiences and the activities and opportunities available to students at George Washington. These fifth-grade scientists have begun their new unit, Ecosystem Restoration! They will be working as ecologists, which are scientists that study ecosystems. In order to do this properly, they needed to create their own ecosystems to observe in the classroom. We cannot wait to see what flourishes in our small-scale ecosystems in the next few weeks!





These scientists in Ms. Kopping's class had fun experimenting with ingredients to create chemical reactions! They compared their observations before, during and after the reaction took place.@whufsdrams #RamCulture
