Students in @dmb2587 class are continuing work on their "Shark Tank" pitch for an industrial revolution invention. Who will get the sharks to invest? This is a creative way for students to demonstrate their learning and be engaged. @whufsdrams #RamResolve @smurrayLB

Today @smurrayLB & @mrpumo visited @WHGWashington today to meet our incoming 7th graders. We stayed only a few minutes & they will ask us questions on a Google Form. We'll turn those questions into a video orientation soon. So happy to meet them! #RamResolve @whufsdrams

Today's Habits of Mind focus is in social studies. Ss learning about school purchasing law & economics. Finding 3 quotes for soil & submitting a purchase requisition to @smurrayLB as part of our THINKING INTERDEPENDENTLY. Never too early to learn citizenship. @whufsdrams

In math classes today, students applied the Habit of Mind of THINKING INTERDEPENDENTLY to calculate the volume of this planter. It will be part of a week long project centered around that Habit. They are also persisting & thinking creatively. #RamResolve @whufsdrams @smurrayLB
