Our 6th-grade student council students spoke to parents about their experiences and the activities and opportunities available to students at George Washington. These fifth-grade scientists have begun their new unit, Ecosystem Restoration! They will be working as ecologists, which are scientists that study ecosystems. In order to do this properly, they needed to create their own ecosystems to observe in the classroom. We cannot wait to see what flourishes in our small-scale ecosystems in the next few weeks!

Sixth-grade students completed a PBL unit of study. In this unit, the students worked together to design an Opening Ceremony and create competitive games to mimic the Ancient Greek Olympics. The students did a fantastic job! @whufsdrams #RamCulture
