March is Women’s History Month. To honor important women and their influence in the world, Ms. Kopping's class choose one woman to research and learn more about. Then they designed a stamp in their honor and explained why they should be celebrated for their accomplishments in history. @whufsdrams #RamCulture

Ms. Kopping's 5th-grade water resource engineers have been hard at work! They worked collaboratively to plan and create freshwater systems. They learned about the design cycle that engineers use to solve problems and are testing their systems to see how effective they are at collecting freshwater from saltwater. @whufsdrams #RamCulture

Mrs. Holtkamp & Ms. Koppings ELA class took a trip down the hall to visit Ms. Reetz's class biography posters. After learning more about the biography subjects, they left positive comments on their peer's work. We now have great ideas for our own posters. @whufsdrams #RamCulture

Ms. Kopping’s 5th grade science classes are using their knowledge as “water resource engineers” to create models that explain what is going on at the nanoscale when condensation is occurring. Using digital models helps us to illustrate our learning and to be able to share with others.
