The West Hempstead School District held its ninth annual Family STEAM Night on May 29, which included a variety of projects demonstrated by Advanced Placement STEM students and teachers.
Projects were on display throughout West Hempstead Secondary School as students in grades K-6 unleashed their imaginations during numerous STEM-related activities with their parents. STEAM Night stations included physics, biology, computer science, robotics, art and math.
