Tomorrow, the Boys Varsity Soccer team have a home game vs Wheatley High School at 4:30pm. We will recognize and congratulate our seniors with pre-game pictures at 4:15pm. Come show your support!!!

Students in Ms. Southard’s class did their first presentations for the class. Their peers provides valuable feedback following each presentation.


Congratulations to the varsity football team. Last night the team defeated Cold Spring Harbor High School by the score of 16-6. The rushing attack was led by Zadrian Budhoo and A’Lorenz Chapman. The defense was anchored by Michael AbiAoun and Brendan Close. An outstanding effort from the secondary and defensive line. It was a great team win.

Congratulations to the girls junior volleyball team. The team won their match of the season against Freeport High School yesterday. Great serving and overall play by Christina Guerrier, Monica Poblador, Madison Cates and Kiara Lombaida. Today, the team has an away match at Malverne High School at 5:00pm. Come support the team.

Congratulations to the boys varsity volleyball team. Yesterday, the team won their third match of the season by defeating Hewlett High School in three sets. Dominick Cavallo had 5 aces and 14 digs. Nick Trinh had 25 assists and 3 aces. Aden Palmer had 7 kills and Erick De La Rosa had 5 kills and a block. It was a great team win.

The West Hempstead Athletic Department invite you to a special virtual presentation with Mark Leinweaver, a MLB Sports Agent and former non-scholarship Division II athlete, who has spent two decades working in professional and college sports. Mr. Leinweaver has created his Perfect Playcement program to educate students, parents and coaches on how character matters, now more than ever, and how to approach the college selection and the recruiting process.
Mr. Leinweaver's presentation will provide information and advice for students and parents as they start the process of selecting a college, whether as a student athlete or not.
